The People´s Deputies passed the Resolution "On Declaration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "Real Guarantees for Nuclear-Free Status of Ukraine"
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is charged with the provision of the drafting of the international-legal documents, aimed at the development of the principles of the Budapest Memorandum and formation of the real international-legal guarantees of the national security of nuclear-free Ukraine, implementation of the necessary actions and procedural formalities for its scrutiny and signing by the leading nuclear states of the world Russian Federation, United States of America, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, People's Republic of China and the Republic of France.
